Video Animation Creator for Educational Content (Trading & Capital Markets)

We are developing a unique, high-performance commercial trading platform that combines real-time execution with AI-powered feedback and coaching - built on top of our proven mentorship experience in a live trading environment. 
This is an initiative that carries the energy and flexibility of a startup, backed by the expertise of an established trading firm.

As part of this large project, we are building an educational module featuring high-quality educational videos and animated explainers, designed to clearly communicate complex trading-related topics in an engaging and accessible way.

Scope of work:

• Create short educational videos and animated explainers

• Transform provided scripts, outlines, or raw content into clear, visually engaging video formats

• Apply cinematic techniques, camera work, and composition to create more compelling and immersive storytelling

• Design motion graphics, animations, charts, and visual metaphors to explain abstract or technical topics

• Ensure a clean, professional, and modern visual style suitable for an educational trading platform

• Collaborate with our team to refine concepts and iterate based on feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in video production and/or motion graphics, ideally for educational or explainer content (i.e. courses, quizzes, case studies, scenario-based learning, interactive tutorials)

• Strong storytelling skills - the ability to craft engaging narratives through visuals, sound, and editing comes naturally to you, even when working with complex topics - this is essential for the role

• Advanced AI prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation

• Working with multi-tool workflows, combining classic video software with AI tools (i.e. After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CupCut, Sora)

• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail - you know how to choose the right font, visuals, sound, and nothing slips past you in the final product - not even the smallest typo or a single moment of audio-visual mismatch

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

• English proficiency (B2 level or higher) - all content is created in English, so a solid understanding of the subject matter is essential

• Bonus points for familiarity with trading-related content
