What is a working day like?
Imagine you are a user of a modern application that allows you to communicate abroad. You might need help from time to time, so you contact the support team, who answer questions via email 📧 and chat 💬 about login issues and processes related to the application. What sets you apart:
💻 Good computer skills - we do all our work electronically.
🗣️ Knowledge of Hebrew at B2+ level.
🗣️ Knowledge of Polish or English at min. B2.
✍️ Very good knowledge of Polish spelling rules - we mainly provide written answers.
👂 Ability to listen and read with understanding, make clear statements with respect for the other person.
📅 Willingness to work shifts and provide customer service 24/7.
⏰ Flexibility in working hours.
