Junior Training Administrator / Młodszy Administrator Szkoleń
We are looking for a Junior E-Learning Administrator to support our teams and clients in the day-to-day administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the delivery of digital training programs. This role is a great entry point into the e-learning, HR Tech or systems administration area - especially if you enjoy working with data, supporting users and learning new tools in an international environment.
Your responsibilities:
Support the administration of client Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Upload, update and test e-learning content and virtual training sessions
Enroll participants in training sessions, prepare basic reports and ensure data accuracy in the LMS
Provide daily support to platform users (client employees worldwide) in English
Follow existing procedures and support their maintenance and improvement
Assist in resolving basic technical and organizational issues in cooperation with the team
We are looking for you, if you have:
Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling, tables)
Working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (daily communication)
High attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes
Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
