You are ready if you...

Have 2 to 3 years of working experience as a UI designer for web
Are an expert in using the Adobe Suite, especially AI, Photoshop and Adobe XD (animation design would be a big plus)
Created innovative and compelling design solutions for commercial, preferably in a digital marketing agency
Have made first experiences working in sprints and know how to use an online design system
Have a creative mindset, and you can think outside the box
