The Role & what you’ll do:
You will join our global People Services Team and cooperate on the maintenance of HRIS (HiBob) across the SE Group (12 European jurisdictions incl UK with 13 entities).
As People Services Administrator you will be the contact person for our employees as well as the People departments in Warsaw, Bratislava, Prague, Berlin and London in all organisational and administrative matters. You will be responsible for:
Performing HR administrative tasks for assigned countries within the Secret Escapes Group.
Acting as the first point of contact for personnel-related inquiries
Preparing of contracts, addendums and other documents
Maintaining personnel data in the HRIS system (HiBob)
Preparing data and reports for payroll, cooperation with external payroll providers
Providing support regarding labour law, tax and social security regulations
Collaborating closely with the Global People Team
You will bring:
Some prior experience in HR, with focus on administrative tasks (we do not require extensive knowledge of foreign legislation - we’ll share all the knowledge with you
Fluency in English
Communicative written German (nice to have, not required)
And you are:
Independent, structured and detail-oriented way of working as well as high employee orientation
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
