What type of people are we looking for?

• Creative and detail-oriented designers with a strong sense of aesthetics.

• People who follow modern visual trends and care about clean, thoughtful execution.

• Individuals comfortable delivering high-quality digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

• Designers with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Curious minds who explore new tools (including AI) and enjoy pushing creative boundaries.

  
  

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

Must-haves:

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience (agency or strong brand-side experience preferred).

• A quality portfolio - applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.

• Ability to create aesthetic, modern digital assets for: paid formats, organic social content, email campaigns.

• Strong typographic skills.

  
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Gemini, Midjourney).

• Experience with dietary supplement brands or related categories.

• 70-80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).

• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
