You ask the right questions. You connect the dots.

You create a marketing roadmap that actually reflects the customer journey, market context, and business goals.

🚀 So, who are we looking for?

Someone who’s both strategic and hands-on.

You can zoom out to design a long-term roadmap, but you’re also not afraid to dig into numbers, challenge creatives, or jump into a call when something’s not converting.

We’re looking for a senior consultant who’s already seen some things.

Someone who knows that true marketing impact goes way beyond impressions and CTRs.


🧩 You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building marketing strategies and roadmaps for e-commerce brands.
  • Leading strategic workshops and client meetings (internal + external).
  • Making sure the strategy turns into execution—and results.
  • Working closely with delivery teams to keep projects on track and impactful.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients (they’ll trust you).
  • Monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
  • Spotting upsell opportunities and helping clients scale with intention.
  • Supporting internal knowledge sharing and helping shape the consulting department.


✅ What we’d love to see in you:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in B2C e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in at least two of those areas: the health & beauty space (cosmetics, supplements), FMCG, digital subscriptions, online education, or SaaS.
  • Solid background in marketing/digital agencies or consulting—or you’ve run your own thing.
  • Confident with digital 360° (paid, CRM, content, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation).
  • Experience in account management and direct client communication.
  • Comfortable with KPI ownership (sales, ROAS, LTV—not just 'ideas').
  • Fluent in Polish and at least B2 in English.
  • Self-driven, decisive, and ready to own the projects.
  • You enjoy strategic thinking—but also thrive when things get messy and real.
