Automation Electrician (ship)

We are looking for electricians who can not only install electrical systems, but also pre-start them.

Key Responsibilities:   

• installation of electrical installations, connection of electrical equipment and devices (distribution switchboards, control and signaling boxes, inverters, UPS power supplies, automation devices, PLC controllers),
• conducting electrical tests to check the correctness of installation,
• initial commissioning of electrical and automation systems.

Position requirements:

• ability to read electrical/automation diagrams,
• understanding the basics of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD programming,
• ability to connect LV/HV switchboards, automation switchboards,
• ability to pre-boot systems,
• at least two years of experience working on ships,
• very good knowledge of Polish and English,
• having a B1/B2 visa, seaman's book and electrical qualifications will be a big advantage.
