About the Role

As our Product & Sales Training Lead, you will be the driving force behind a high-performing culture of product expertise and sales excellence across our Customer Care, Retail teams and the rest of organisation. You will translate operational insights into interactive learning programs, ensuring every team member possesses mastered sales techniques and expert knowledge of our customisable furniture.

Your mission is to empower our people to deliver a world-class customer experience by leveraging AI-enhanced content and modern LMS tools. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and front-line performance, directly influencing brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute end-to-end learning paths, from initial gap analysis to measuring training ROI

  • Implement and manage our Learning Management System (LMS), creating engaging e-learning modules

  • Leverage AI tools (video generation, automated voiceovers) to produce high-quality training materials at pace

  • Conduct interactive workshops and coaching sessions in both in-person and remote environments

  • Translate complex product updates and operational insights into digestible, actionable training content

  • Provide data-driven feedback to leads and team members to foster individual and organizational growth

  • Collaborate with E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams to ensure a unified approach to product knowledge

  • Build and iterate on training processes from scratch to keep up with our dynamic scale-up environment

  • Build and cultivate a centralized Knowledge Base that serves as the single source of truth for the whole organization

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in designing comprehensive training programs and managing LMS platforms

  • Proficiency in utilizing AI assistants and tools for scalable content creation

  • Expertise in conducting engaging workshops and delivering constructive, data-driven coaching

  • Strong "can-do" attitude with the ability to build and scale processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to influence and empower others

  • Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1)

  • Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you:

  • Are proficient in German (C1) at a professional level

  • Have experience in a scale-up or furniture/design-tech industry

  • Are passionate about the latest trends in e-learning and EdTech
