We are looking for an experienced and talented candidate to work as an SEM Performance Marketing Specialist, responsible for planning, implementing and executing SEM strategies.
In this role you will dive into the world of Google campaign management, skillfully navigating a landscape filled with 3.5 billion searches every day. We expect you to leverage this vast potential to enhance customer experiences.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
• Managing Google Ads campaigns (setting them up, daily monitoring of campaign results)
• Regular analysis and optimization of the campaign with the aim of maximizing performance
• Incorporating new products into campaigns based on product launches
• Identifying new opportunities with each new product/category launch
• Effectively managing campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise (with cooperation with other channel owners)
• Planning activities aimed at achieving the planned KPIs (not only the budget but also ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
• Diagnosing the causes of changes and creating plans to minimize the negative effects of competition/market
• Optimizing advertising texts in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian (in cooperation with translators)
• Performing detailed keyword research and customer trends
• Reporting seasonal or local short-term changes to the market

Job requirements
• Min. 5 years of professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, especially when dealing with large CSV files from product feeds
• Courage and openness to running campaigns in unfamiliar languages
• Efficiency in work planning and joint project management
• Passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ideas and solutions
• Readiness to assume responsibility beyond the set scope and channel, extending to other areas of e-commerce
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
It would be an additional plus if you have:
• At least 1 year of experience in running Google Shopping campaigns.
• Knowledge of German and French.
• Experience working with backend and/or frontend developers.
• Familiarity with the Google Ad Editor program.
