Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 6-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, fluent in both English and Polish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various domains. You should be comfortable handling multiple requisitions simultaneously, working under pressure, and using diverse recruiting channels to attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates within tight deadlines.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- Work effectively under pressure to fill multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

6-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.

Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including social media, job portals, and networking.
- Experience with various ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Previous experience recruiting in IT companies(Experience with SI would be great fit) or tech-driven environments.
