Operations Coordinator, CEE

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join Uber’s Rider Operations team covering Central and Eastern Europe. This role supports initiatives that improve rider engagement and retention across 10 markets, working closely with local, regional, and global partners.

The Operations Coordinator will contribute across several rider-focused areas, including re-engaging churned users, owning rider communications and CRM campaigns, developing new rider channels and loyalty partnerships, and driving use-case-driven initiatives. The role also supports rider segmentation and research proofs of concept to better understand rider behavior and inform operational decisions.

Key responsibilities include scaling lifecycle and always-on CRM campaigns, coordinating global processes for CRM communication, analyzing campaign performance and targeting, supporting AI-driven tools, identifying and testing new acquisition and engagement channels, and partnering with local teams to tailor programs to market needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business, operations, growth, marketing, analytics, consulting, or similar roles.

• University degree (at least Bachelor’s or equivalent).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Creative and perspectivist mindset, with the ability to design engaging end-to-end campaigns—from concept and messaging to execution and measurement.

• Experience working with CRM tools, campaign management, or customer communications is a strong plus.

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams across countries and stakeholders.Fluent English; any Central or Eastern European language is a strong advantage.

• Availability to work in a hybrid model from one of the listed offices (in office Tuesday–Thursday).
