We are currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager with Banking/Fintech background and "can-do" attitude ready to join our adventure and share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing

You are a high-energy facilitator and communicator who orchestrates the journey from a signed deal to a live cooperation. 

You will be the central hub for every Receivable Purchase Agreement (RPA) project, coordinating the efforts of specialised Credit Risk streams alongside other bank units (Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance). 

Your goal is to ensure that technical integration and policy design happen in parallel, removing friction so our specialists can focus on their core expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Central Project Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of new RPA partnerships. You manage the overall project roadmap, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders meet their milestones.

• Expert Coordination:You will be the central hub for every project, coordinating the efforts of specialized Credit Risk Teams:  Credit Risk Experts: Focused on client assessment, credit policy ownership, regulatory alignment, and portfolio quality monitoring. Credit Risk Analytics & Systems: Focused on technical integration, data exchange and system validations. Other Bank Units (eg. Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance), providing project internal verifications and approvals in parallel.

• Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Act as a versatile communicator capable of building strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization—from operational specialists to Senior Executive (ExCo) members.

• Continuous Process Optimization: You don't just follow the process; you improve it. You will constantly look for ways to enhance internal procedures, shorten implementation cycles, and automate repetitive delivery tasks to help the unit scale.

• Governance & Infrastructure: Set up the project's digital environment. You are responsible for chairing internal squad syncs, external partner meetings, and managing shared workspaces (the "Single Source of Truth").

• Visibility & Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards for Senior Management. You track progress against corporate timelines and provide clear, concise status updates during steering committees.

• Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project blockers. You facilitate workshops to ensure the project remains on track without compromising quality or regulatory standards.

  
  

Skills you should have

The role does not require a technical profile, but rather someone who can quickly navigate the business environment.The ideal candidate understands technology at a conceptual level and has a solid understanding of how RPA contracts are structured.

• 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Business Operations within Banking or Fintech.

• Knowledge of various loan products and credit facilities, including specialized lending and structured finance is highly welcomed and will significantly help you navigate project discussions.

• Organizational Mastery: A proactive ownership mindset. You take pride in a clean project plan and a well-organized document repository.

• Multi-Level Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively at different seniority levels, tailoring your message to be equally impactful for technical teams and executive leadership.

• "Can-do" Attitude: You are a problem-solver who focuses on finding the path to "Go-Live" while maintaining respectful and professional relationships.

• Strong sense of ownership.

• Flex approach in every case scenario.

• Optimization Mindset: A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process or procedure improvements.

• Fluency in English and Polish is essential.
