Opis stanowiska

• Manage cross-country and cross-business model governance tasks related to pricing,

• Use pricing software for predictive modelling, tariff development, profit testing, portfolio monitoring,

• Contribute with pricing expertise to cross-country key strategic initiatives,

• Support orchestration of a cross-country team of pricing experts,

• Create transparency regarding pricing resources and capabilities,

• Ensure scaling and continuous development of pricing skills across CMI (Customer Markets International).

Wymagania

• University degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, physics, IT, statistics), with a preference for Insurance Mathematics,

• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in insurance pricing or actuarial tasks, with focus on P&C insurance – additional experience in Life and/or Health insurance pricing is beneficial,

• Proficiency in programming languages and applications, such as Databricks, SQL, R, Python,

• Familiarity with specific pricing applications (e.g., Emblem, Radar, Earnix, or similar),

• Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning,

• Experience in cross-country and cross-functional collaboration,

• Excellent oral and written communication skills,

• Strong stakeholder management abilities,

• Excellent command of English language.
