Responsibilities:

  • Being part of experienced and strategically important product team within Retail & Bancassurance International
  • Product Analyses: Conduct various analyses and comparisons of all types of insurance products, with a focus on bancassurance. Identify unique selling points and areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Innovative Analyses: Use AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency of product analyses and comparisons
  • Dynamic Projects: Lead and coordinate strategically important product related initiatives, guiding cross-border teams and supporting change across Retail & Bancassurance business models
  • Trend Tracking: Stay ahead by monitoring global insurance trends and regulatory changes. Provide actionable insights to enhance our product portfolio
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with teams to align products with market demands
  • Strategic Development: Help shape and execute product strategies. Work with international and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product design and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with local product teams. Facilitate regular update calls and ensure effective communication between HQ and local teams


Requiremets:

  • Extensive insurance product knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance products and processes, specifically in bancassurance
  • Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret complex data, conduct market analysis, and analyse insurance products. Transform conclusions into actionable insights
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English; speaking other CEE languages is an advantage
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work with minimal supervision, adhere to schedules, and follow up accordingly
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with AI technologies is an advantage
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the CEE market environment in insurance is an advantage
  • Bachelor´s or master’s degree in business or a comparable field of study
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience with insurance product management
  • Experience in an international environment or in working with international teams is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel abroad at least twice per year
