Senior Conultant in Claims (UNIQA Group)

Responsibilities

• Translation of Group Claims management strategies into actionable projects and country level activities

• Leading & coordinating international related claims projects to enable automation and process improvements and secure measurable impact across the group

• Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional meetings to ensure claims insights & drive improvements in products, processes and customer experience

• Designing analytical frameworks and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and management of claims KPIs

• Facilitating knowledge‑sharing to scale best practices across the group

Requirements

• Completed education in business administration or related field

• 5 years of experience in leading cross-functional projects

• Analytical skills

• High integrity & problem-solving ability

• Excellent Communication skills

• Insurance business (Claims knowledge is desirable)

• Independent, structured working style combined with team spirit and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing

• Good English language skills

• Knowledge of an Eastern European language is an advantage
