Senior Pricing Specialist (UNIQA Group​)

UNIQA Group is one of the leading insurers in Central and Eastern Europe, serving over 16 million customers across 18 markets. UNIQA SEE is the third-largest region in the Group, covering 6 countries, including Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro.

The region is now launching a major pricing transformation aimed at building a unified, data-driven pricing environment across SEE, strengthening competitiveness and analytical excellence.

A key component of this transformation is the implementation of Earnix, a global leader in pricing and rating platforms, which will become the central system for future pricing operations.

To support this initiative, we are expanding our regional Pricing Team and inviting experienced professionals from Poland to relocate to Bulgaria or Croatia and help shape the new pricing architecture.

Senior Pricing Specialist (UNIQA Group​)

Opis stanowiska

• Develop and enhance pricing models for motor, home and other retail insurance products.

• Build predictive and statistical models to support pricing and portfolio steering.

• Conduct competitiveness analyses, elasticity studies and profitability assessments.

• Define and support unified pricing processes and analytical standards across SEE markets.

• Collaborate with actuarial, product, claims and data teams during product changes and new launches.

• Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for regional and Group stakeholders.

Wymagania

• 3–6+ years of experience in pricing, actuarial analytics or predictive modelling.

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or similar.

• Proactively support managers through ownership of key areas, team coordination, and fostering member development.

• Practical skills in SQL, R or Python.

• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and quantitative techniques.

• Ability to interpret analytical results and communicate clear business insights.

• Strong command of English.

• Readiness to relocate to Bulgaria or Croatia (relocation package included).

• Experience with Earnix or other pricing systems is an advantage.
