Customer service agent with Portuguese and English languages - Warsaw

Workplace: Warszawa

YOUR TASKS:

• answering emails in Portuguese and English languages,
• resolving complaints,
• providing customer service,
• informing about available services.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  knowledge of the Portuguese at minimum B2 level,
•  knowledge of the English at the minimum of B2 level,
• soft skills: patience, openness, independence,
• ability to work from Monday to Friday on two shifts: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.
