Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. This role is hybrid for our Krakow or Wroclaw office.



What You'll Do

In this position, you will have the chance to significantly contribute to Unit8's expansion by identifying, recruiting, and securing top talent. You will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers in Poland, Switzerland and Germany to deliver hiring plan, all while prioritizing candidate experience, streamlining processes, and enhancing Unit8's reputation as a preferred employer. You'll be faced with the following challenges within a high-growth, fast-moving company:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions including Data and AI, BD, OPS and other
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams and build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and hiring plan execution
  • Manage an effective recruitment process and participate in interview training for the business
  • Facilitate a professional experience for candidates from initial engagement through to successful onboarding
  • Manage hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement



You are

  • An experienced Recruiter, with a minimum of 3 years in recruiting for IT roles; experience in recruiting for positions related to Data & AI is a nice-to-have.
  • Skilled in sourcing and directly reaching out to candidates
  • Experienced in building relationships and working with leaders
  • Experienced in leading and contributing to global recruiting projects
  • Experienced in building employer branding through various EB activities (events, social media).
  • Highly organized and independent
  • Fluent in English
  • You understand the value of teamwork.
  • You are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.
