Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will help us visually shape how people experience preventive healthcare.
About the role
This is not a “just follow the brief” role.
We’re looking for a designer who understands the brand, thinks in campaigns, and enjoys creating visual systems that work for business across many touchpoints.
As a Graphic Designer at uPacjenta, you’ll go beyond day-to-day asset production. You’ll co-create campaign key visuals, translate concepts into consistent visual languages, and support marketing, sales, and product teams with high-quality design.

Your key responsibilities
• Create campaign Key Visuals (KV) and develop cohesive visual systems around them
• Design digital assets aligned with campaign KVs across all touchpoints
• Design marketing materials: banners, landing visuals, social media graphics, email assets
• Create printed materials: flyers, brochures, posters, roll-ups, catalogs
• Design business presentations and visual reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all formats and channels
• Support and develop uPacjenta’s visual identity together with the marketing team
• Adapt designs to different formats, platforms, and use cases
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on campaigns and projects
• Prepare files for print according to technical guidelines
• Optimize graphics for digital publishing
What will help you succeed
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with awareness of current design trends
• Very good knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva)
• Advanced skills in creating presentations (PowerPoint)
• Ability to prepare files for print
• Experience using AI tools and prompt-based workflows in design
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Independence, ownership, reliability, and strong teamwork mindset
Nice to have:
• Experience in a startup or product company environment
• Project management skills
• Illustration or hand-drawing skills
• After Effects & Premiere Pro know how
• Knowledge of e-commerce, sales funnels, or the medical/healthcare market
