Senior Branding Consultant with German

We are looking for Consultants to support the setup of an internal Tech Consulting unit in a large international organization.

Scope of the role

• Define target operating model for the new Tech Consulting unit

• Design end-to-end processes, governance and resourcing model

• Drive change management, stakeholder alignment and coordination

• Define skill management & prioritization approach

• Create internal branding / marketing / communication concept for the new unit

• Translate complex topics into clear narratives & materials

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in consulting / transformation / change

• Strong analytical & conceptual skills, fast understanding of complex topics

• Proven experience in operating model / process design

• Experience in change management and stakeholder communication

• Experience in branding / marketing / internal communications is a plus

• Excellent communication in German and English
