User.com is a business intelligence and marketing automation platform which serves millions of users worldwide, every day. We help our clients gather crucial data regarding their customers, personalize and automate their business communication to improve their results and close more deals.

Job description:
As our New Business Manager, you will be responsible for converting incoming sales leads into paid subscriptions. Most of our clients come from international markets and communicate with us via e-mail and chat. They reach out to us and provide us with their contact details first. 

Your work will involve conducting calls with potential clients who are interested in our services and demonstrating our product. If you are ready to learn about our product and conduct similar demonstrations to the one included in the below video, you speak English at a professional level and you feel comfortable in having conversations with entrepreneurs and people in marketing all over the world, that’s exactly what we’re looking for.

Requirements:

  • very good command of English (and/or another European language),
  • keen interest in digital marketing and marketing automation,
  • orientation on measurable goals,
  • professional attitude,
  • responsibility,
  • attention to detail,
  • ability to solve small and big problems,
  • smile and a positive attitude :-)
 
Nice to have:

  • resistance to stress,
  • knowledge of Spanish, German, French, Portuguese,
  • experience in selling SaaS-based services,
