As a Consultant, you will support workstreams on monetization projects for clients in SaaS, Software, Telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors, with contributions including:

Workstream Coordination: Managing workstreams as a team leader or key team member, coordinating tasks, and applying project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Thought Leadership Contribution: Actively contributing to high-quality content on monetization and pricing, such as practice documents, whitepapers, articles, webinars, and presentations, strengthening Valueships' position in the market.

Insightful Analysis: Designing, executing, and presenting analyses that reveal critical insights, supporting recommendations on pricing, value creation, and strategic approaches.

Client Relationship Management: Ensuring client alignment and satisfaction through ownership of daily interactions, data presentations, and collaborative work. Working with the team to deliver well-crafted presentations that articulate insights, strategic recommendations, and a strong case for change to executive stakeholders.

- A master's degree; we're okay with a bachelor's for more junior roles, but we love people engaging in scientific work or pursuing postgraduate titles
- 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience would be great
- Enthusiasm for pricing and monetization is essential; direct professional experience or training in pricing is a valuable asset; in other words, we will teach you pricing on more junior roles and reward you well if you already know the domain;
- Experience working with clients or entities characterized by highly technology-driven processes (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, digital agencies);
- Being a great team player - if you’re the kind of individualist who wants to grab all the credit and operates like a lone wolf, you won’t be a good fit for our team - at Valueships, we need people who understand the added value of teamwork;
- Able to meet travel requirements (only for a particular purpose); we usually don't do travel and work remotely;
- We need people with fluency in English (absolute minimum is B2) and Polish.

- Mid Consultant UoP 7 500 zł - 10 000 zł gross;
- Mid Consultant B2B 8 500 zł - 11 000 zł net;
- Senior Consultant UoP 9 000 zł - 13 000 zł gross;
- Senior Consultant B2B 10 000 zł - 14 000 zł net;
