Customer Support with Romanian

Work location: Remotely, Poland or Romania 

Work mode: half-time, remotely

Contract type: B2B (Poland/Romania), CoE/UoP (Poland)

Budget:

CoE (gross):1000-1200 EUR

B2B (netto FV): 1260-1600 EUR (7-9 EUR/h)

Job Description

• Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). 
• Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction. 
• Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features. 
• Providing professional customer service in line with the company’s values. 
• Building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a positive company image. 
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian language
• Knowledge of English (B2), Polish will be an asset
•  1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry)   
• Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner   
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers   
• Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure   
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues  

Nice to have

• Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be an asset
