Job Description
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features.
- Providing professional customer service in line with the company’s values.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a positive company image.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluent in Romanian language
- Knowledge of English (B2), Polish will be an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry)
- Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers
- Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Nice to have
- Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be an asset
