This role combines online customer support (chat, phone, email) with in-person assistance at our store, so if you like variety, working with people, and making their day better – we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description
Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases, offer product demonstrations and guidance and ensure an excellent customer experience at the store
Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction - prepare and pack parcels for shipping, handle courier pickups and shipping documentation, coordinate shipments to Customer Service in Trzebinia
In-Store Maintenance & Operations - maintain cleanliness and organization of the store , monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs, report technical or operational issues
Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features
Providing professional customer service in line with the company’s values
Building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a positive company image
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality
Monitoring competition and internet in the country
Supporting the team where needed
Requirements
Fluent in Hungarian language
Knowledge of English (B2), Polish will be an asset
1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry)
Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner
Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers
Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure
Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be an asset
Nice to have
Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers
