About your project/work

You’ll be joining a UX team that already has its first designer on board – and we’re just getting started. As a Lead UX Designer at Vazco, you’ll help us expand the team and shape how we approach multimodal interfaces. Your role will give you real influence on both the direction of the UX department and the experiences we deliver.

While UX will be your core focus, you won’t be working in isolation. You’ll collaborate closely with our 5-person Growth team, who will provide insights, feedback, and support to make sure ideas turn into solutions that are both innovative and user-friendly. Joining our Crew means taking part in a mission to create experiences that raise the bar on the market.

Are we a match?

You meet all our criteria if you have:

• Excellent command of English (B2/C1).

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.

• Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro or other (you can independently choose the tools you want to work with).

• Ability to create products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations).

• Great ability to manage your work - you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to clearly convey the significance of your work, the decisions and compromises made, the insights gained, and the reasoning behind your designs.

• Experience in creating AI products or willingness to develop in this field

• Experience in designing and implementing processes for a UX team.

Your responsibilities will include

• Spearheading the design process as the sole UX designer, with support from partner firms, and ultimately building a design team within our company.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to comprehend system requirements and convert them into intuitive designs.

• Working with engineering teams to guarantee the UI satisfies both technical and functional requirements.

• Conducting research, developing, and implementing design solutions.
