Opis stanowiska

At Vazco, design isn’t just about pixels - it’s about shaping how people truly connect with AI across web, chat, voice, and mobile. We dive into cutting-edge challenges: crafting intuitive interfaces for agentic systems, multi-modal AI experiences, and context-aware interactions that feel genuinely human. From fast-moving AI startups to enterprise-scale platforms, every project is a chance to solve complex design problems with real-world impact.

If you’re excited about designing the future of AI - from sophisticated RAG-powered interfaces to voicebots and generative experiences - and want to grow alongside top AI engineers, UX specialists, and product teams, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll tackle ambitious projects that push design boundaries while having real influence on our methodology, company direction, and industry relationships. Plus, our open, non-hierarchical culture means you collaborate directly with everyone - including CEO - with zero corporate gatekeeping.

Now, let’s see what else makes joining our Crew so exciting! ⛵

About your project/work

As a UX Designer at Vazco, you’ll have the freedom to shape entirely new multimodal AI experiences - from intuitive agentic interfaces and RAG-powered apps to voicebots and generative AI tools. UX will be your domain, backed by our design team of experienced AI engineers and specialists.

You’ll pioneer user-friendly solutions for cutting-edge AI projects, grow your skills and have real influence on our methodology and product direction. Join us to design the future of human-AI interaction.

Are we a match?

You meet all our criteria if you have:

  • Excellent command of English (B2/C1).

  • 2+ years of experience as a UX designer.

  • Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow

  • Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to clearly convey the significance of your work, the decisions and compromises made, the insights gained, and the reasoning behind your designs.

  • Willingness to participate in creating AI products.

  • Knowledge of design principles.

  • Experience with design systems.

  • Ability to experiment and find new solutions.

  • Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms.

Nice-to-haves

We would be absolutely astonished* if you had:

(* don't worry, it's okay to learn these skills later)

  • Worked in a software agency.

  • UX Research experience: knowledge of tools and methods, why and how to apply them.

  • Experience with design systems.

  • Experience with UX audits.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Owning the end-to-end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions.

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements.

  • Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings.

  • Using AI tools in your daily work, staying curious about new AI solutions, and enjoying exploring how they can improve the design process.

  • Designing with a good understanding of UX research - if you can run research independently, that’s a big plus.

  • Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process, especially at the mid-level and above, where self-sufficiency really matters.

Perks & Benefits

  • Team-building & Company Events

After a day of focused work, there's nothing better than having a much-deserved mental break from responsibilities. Even better when it involves your pals! Be it a go-kart race with your team, a chill session of board games, or a couple of days in Prague - we do whatever fits our fancy. 🕺

  • Flexible working hours

Flexible working hours are not about being able to start your work within a specific timeframe. It's about maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. We have no strict "office hours" and embrace your early bird or night owl lifestyle.

When you need to take a pause or manage your affairs, it's fine by us. However, we expect you to deliver the work on time and stay responsive on Slack if your colleagues need you (11-15 p.m.). 📲

  • Training budget

Whether it comes to AWS, Domain-Driven Development, Public Speaking training, and many more, we can match you with the best tutors 🧑‍🎓. Show us the direction you'd like to grow in, and we'll go above and beyond to meet your expectations.

English classes with native speakers

Would you like to polish your English 🇬🇧? Even if you're already differentiating the infinitives and grounds, proficiently using the business vocabulary, and bingeing on The Crown without subtitles, there's always space to put great skills to even better practice!

  • Personal branding

Build your true Pro status through blog & social media activity as a company ambassador, speeches at various conferences and meetups, hosting workshops, and participating in other exciting initiatives. Do it all with our backup. 🤝

Vazco fundamentals

  • Remote-first approach

Have you ever woke up at 5 a.m., skipped breakfast to get to the office on time, and then got stuck in traffic for 2 hours? These times are gone for our Crew. Most of the roles are 100% remote 🏠; however, if you want to work on-site, drop by our office in Wrocław.

  • Knowledge-sharing environment

Collaborative culture thrives on sharing expertise. We have efficient processes that facilitate self-development and allow you to grow in the direction you choose. Join knowledge circles that spark your interest, participate in initiatives for the Development Circle events, and get to know your colleague's best practices through mentoring. 💡

  • Flexibility

We have flexible working hours for the night owls and early birds. If you prefer a hammock on the Canary Islands over an office in the city center, take advantage of the remote-first approach. Would you like to enjoy a 7-hour working day? Sure, we're open to discussions - it's possible to work with us from 0.5 FTE upwards.

Find what suits you best, as it aligns with us in 98% of cases. 💪

  • Mentoring

Forget being all alone after your very first day – that’s not our style. We believe in life-long learning and personalized support. By joining us, you gain full access to mentoring from our experts, who also specialize in niche topics. 🌱

  • Ability to change projects on time

When you find that you'd continue your growth in a different role or switch the project's industry, we can facilitate such change. It's important for us to uphold your highest possible satisfaction. 😎

Career fast track

Authority comes from merit, not the other way around. That's why we don't allow years spent working in one role to dictate our seniority. Get promoted by growing your skills and showing expertise. 🏅

  • Having a real impact

We build proactive teams and foster a sense of ownership, no matter what tasks your role involves. We also find transparency a key ingredient to a positive workplace. Apart from participating in all product-making stages, you will also know the business objectives behind growing the product in a specific direction. Your voice will be heard, valued, and used to facilitate a change for the better. ✌️

  • Innovative projects

Innovative software projects from all over the world and in diverse industries are what we excel at 🚀. Our portfolio is filled with forward-thinking clients and cutting-edge businesses (created by people like, e.g. the founder of Zoom). That means you'll never get bored with your work and always have a fresh challenge at hand.

  • Feedback culture

We cultivate trust with a direct feedback culture - you will receive it frequently and offer it to others (including your leaders). Through transparent communication, we can amplify what's best in our work and identify when we fall short. It's okay to make mistakes, as they're an integral part of growth. We've got your back each step of the way. 💛

  • Self development

Grasp the opportunity for self-development. Learn from experienced PMs, participate in knowledge-sharing activities, and trust in mutual support. You have the possibility to choose the direction you want for yourself, and we'll do our best to make it happen. 🦸

  • Buddy atmosphere

Laid-back vibes over glitz and glam. Who agrees? Casual outfits are all the rage at Vazco 👕. Sip an alcohol-free beer over a pool table during your well-deserved break, or bring a furry friend to the office... feel free to do whatever makes you (and the others) comfortable.
