Junior Recruitment Specialist

Vector Synergy is a consulting company that supports clients in the public sector, including NATO and the EU, by providing experts for international projects. Our consultants hold NATO Secret Security Clearance, enabling them to contribute to projects at secret and top-secret levels.

We are currently searching for a Junior Recruitment Specialist

Location: Poznań (or remote)

Job scope:

Join our team and take on the responsibility of attracting and identifying the best talents who meet our Clients' criteria. They should be prepared to participate in contract assignments at NATO and EU institutions. The objective is to expand the pool of skilled consultants ready to engage in our classified projects.

Key responsibilities:

✅ Consistently enlarging the pool of Candidates with security clearance

✅ Establishing and nurturing business relationships with Candidates

✅ Regularly contacting passive Candidates, from the database and Linkedin, via phone, in English

✅ Updating candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System

✅ Sourcing passive candidates using various methods (direct search, events, fairs, recommendations) and developing new sourcing channels

✅ Conducting recruitment interviews in English

✅ Building the awareness of our Company’s brand

✅ Organising and participating in various events

✅ Informing the Candidates about new cooperation possibilities

✅ Submitting monthly reports to your Team Leader

Skills and attributes for success:

✅ Professional experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing passive Candidates via social media and industry networking

✅ Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

✅ Goal-driven and motivated to complete projects

✅ Ability to work in a KPI-based environment

✅ Excellent communication and self-organization skills

✅ Proactive and positive mindset

✅ Experience in IT sector is a plus
