Key responsibilities:
✅ Sourcing Candidates using various methods (direct search, events, fairs);
✅ Analyzing application documents during initial pre-selection process;
✅ Carrying out recruitment interviews in English;
✅ Developing new sourcing channels;
✅ Participating in onboarding of the new Consultants;
✅ Cooperating with HR Administrators in preparing the application documents of the Candidates.
Skills and attributes for success:
✅ At least 1 year of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing passive Candidates via social media and industry networking;
✅ Fluent English speaking (at least B2);
✅ University Degree (or Student of the last years);
✅ Willingness to travel to EU countries (travel estimated up to 10% of total working time);
✅ Driving license: B;
✅ Experience in IT sector is a plus.
