Accountant preferably with French

VELUX Commercial is a division within the VELUX Group established in 2019 and includes the former JET, Vitral and VELUX Modular Skylights organisations. Today, VELUX Commercial operates as one company with more than 1.000 employees in 12 countries. The Polish branch is located in the Wielkopolska region of Poland - in Września. Our aim is to be the preferred partner for roof glazing and fire ventilation solutions in commercial buildings.

We are currently looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Finance team as Accountant for our Benelux organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international environment and contribute to the development of a new organizational structure from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• handling all types of customers and/ or vendor invoices

• registering and matching incoming and/ or outgoing payments

• registering and posting purchase invoices

• registering and posting of customer invoices

• maintaining and updating master data

• performing account reconciliations

• sending payment reminders to customers

• preparing payment runs and direct debit runs

• engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners from Benelux

Your Competencies

• education in accounting, finance or related fields

• at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an SSC or international environment

• proficient computer skills in MS Office (especially Excel)

• preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC or similar ERP system

• good organization of work and analytical skills

• willingness to work in a team and independently

• fluency in English (min. B2) and preferably in French
