Vercom builds global cloud communication platforms (CPaaS) that enable companies to create and grow long-lasting relationships with their audiences across multiple communication channels. Our solutions - including MessageFlow, MailerLite, and EmailLabs - help over 61,000 customers (from agile SMEs to global Enterprises) overcome the complexity of communication through automation and scalability.


We are continuously expanding our European partner ecosystem to drive the scalable growth of our communication technologies. This role is a key strategic pillar of our business development efforts, moving beyond simple support to focus on proactive network expansion. We are looking for a Business Development professional who can strategically navigate the European tech landscape, identify new growth opportunities, and transform them into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.


Your Role ⤵️

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be the architect of our partner network across Europe. Your goal is simple but ambitious: identify, recruit, and activate high-value partners (Software Houses, E-commerce Agencies, Integrators) to drive mutual growth. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.


What you’ll do: 

  • Strategic Acquisition: Proactively scout and hunt for new B2B partners across EU markets using outbound tactics, networking, and industry presence.

  • Pipeline Mastery: Build and manage a high-velocity partner pipeline, taking full ownership of revenue targets and delivering growth.

  • Growth Engineering: Move beyond transactional deals - co-create and execute "Go-To-Market" strategies and enablement initiatives to ensure long-term partner success.

  • Market Intelligence: Identify emerging market trends and white spaces to initiate innovative partnership models and business opportunities.

  • Enablement & Pitching: Educate and inspire partners through high-stakes presentations, product demos, and technical workshops.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex B2B negotiations and manage the full partnership lifecycle from first touch to onboarding.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner needs with our technological roadmap.


We are looking for a Growth Driver who:

  • Brings 2+ years of proven track record in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales (ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or E-commerce).

  • Is a natural hunter with experience in independent lead generation and working against revenue-based KPIs.

  • Speaks English fluently (min. C1) - you are comfortable closing deals and building rapport across diverse European markets.

  • Commands the room - you are a confident negotiator, a compelling storyteller, and an expert presenter.

  • Has a "Win-Win" mindset - you understand that our growth is fueled by our partners’ success.

  • Is tech-savvy - you can quickly grasp and clearly explain the business value of technological solutions.

  • Thrives on the road - you are ready to represent Vercom at the biggest industry events and conferences.

Nice to have:

  • A solid network within the SaaS, CPaaS, or E-commerce ecosystem.

  • Previous experience working specifically with Technology Partners or Resellers.
