Who we are:

Vi studio is a collective of Polish Graphic Designers based in different cities across the country. We are a homogenous mix of creatives who work primarily with foreign clients, whose graphic design service is outsourced to us, under the governance of in-house Marketing & Brand Management. The international dimension of our team is a reflection of our offering: talented designers for internationally renowned Brands. For one of our clients, we are seeking to reinforce our team and are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer.

Strong criteria:

• Confident Graphic Design skills (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop): digital / print / infographics (no motion design skills required)

• Minimum 5 years of documented work experience (freelance, in-house or agency)

• Fluent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level – tested during second round of interview)

• Strong portfolio of projects and references

• Collaborative and proactive mindset

• Openness to learn and improve

Good to have:

• Critical thinking: being able to provide different perspectives and approaches to requestors

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Design, visual arts or any relevant field

• Experience as in-house designer in the corporate environment

Portfolio and will to learn, as well as personality and team fit, are to be prioritized over formal education.
