We are currently looking for a Project Manager with advanced German and English language skills (at least B2/C1) who will be responsible for managing the projects, requirements engineering, and product development for our clients in the DACH as well as US region. We expect hands-on experience in IT project management, as well as creativity in proposing innovative solutions and development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:

Managing IT projects and preparing client proposals – planning and executing project scope, budget, and quality

Organizing and conducting requirement analysis sessions with clients, including meetings and Product Discovery workshops

Collaborating with clients at every stage of project execution: from needs analysis through solution concept creation to implementation

Preparing project documentation (Solution Concepts, Statements of Work)

Coordinating the development team’s activities and maintaining ongoing communication between clients and technical teams

Managing project risk, schedules, and monitoring project progress

Stakeholder Management

Reporting project outcomes to clients and management
Requirements:

Fluent proficiency in German and English enabling effective business communication and handling of project documentation

Experience in managing IT projects, with good understanding of IT technologies, facilitating effective communication with clients and development teams (technical experience is a plus, but not a must)
