Today, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us build a strong, consistent, and credible brand in the market - both for Vstorm as a company and for the personal brands of our leaders.
This is not a role for someone who only “publishes posts.” We’re looking for a person who understands B2B communication, can think strategically, organize work independently, and turn ideas into consistent, high-quality execution. What you will be responsible for:
Owning and developing Vstorm’s social media communication across key channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram)
Creating and executing a consistent social media plan aligned with business goals and brand positioning
Co-managing content calendars for company channels and selected personal brands
Creating, coordinating, and publishing content in cooperation with internal stakeholders
Translating business, tech, and market topics into content that is engaging, and valuable for a B2B audience
Supporting the personal branding of Vstorm’s leaders by helping them turn their knowledge and perspective into strong social media communication
Monitoring channel performance, identifying what works, and turning insights into practical recommendations
Working closely with internal teams to capture relevant stories, projects, insights, and behind-the-scenes moments worth sharing
Proactively bringing ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and communication opportunities
Supporting selected employer branding and event communication initiatives
Requirements:
At least 3-4 years of experience in social media management in a B2B environment, especially in technology/IT - please, attach your PORTFOLIO (file/link) to the recruitment form!
Strong understanding of social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram
General background in marketing, communication, or brand-building
Practical experience in using AI-powered tools in content planning and creation
Experience in personal branding for founders and leaders
Understanding of how to measure content performance and optimize communication based on results
Experience coordinating work with designers, video creators, or external partners
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple threads and priorities
High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
Strong writing sense and ability to adapt tone to different audiences and formats
Ability to work with structure, consistency, and attention to detail
Very good English (written and spoken) - C1 is a minimum!
Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław - hybrid work mode in this role is a must

What we offer:
B2B contract with competitive monthly compensation up to 14 000 PLN (rate defined individually, based on experience and impact).
Hybrid work mode - approx. 2 days per week in the office in Wrocław.

Here's what the process looks like:
Interview with People & Operations Manager - approx. 30-45 min - Agnieszka will tell you more about the role and will explore your background and mindset to check if we're a good fit for each other.
Interview with Nick from our Growth team - approx. 1h - a meeting covering various aspects of the role, digging deeper into your social media experience and understanding of B2B communication and brand-building. This meeting will be held fully in English.
Interview with CEO - approx. 1-1,5h - an in-depth interview with Antoni to evaluate your approach, skills and experience, as well as answer your questions about the role, our business goals etc.
