About the role


We're lucky to work with some really exciting ventures, which means we can offer new joiners a wide range of interesting projects. Our client base spans various sectors, giving you exposure to different industries and challenges.

Since you're coming on board while we're in a growth phase, you'll have a unique chance to grow right along with us. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager to help us grow as a company both with new and existing clients.


What would be your main focus:

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales alongside the Core Team

  • Collaborate with Founders on proposals and deal coordination

  • Independently guide the sales process from lead to a closed deal

  • Research and identify prospective clients

  • Maintain and update CRM

  • Openness to travel at least once per quarter

  • Track and report monthly and quarterly KPIs

  • Support & inspire marketing initiatives

  • Identify and generate upsell opportunities

  • Building and maintaining client relationships

  • Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and create opportunities for referrals

  • Working directly with the clients and our project teams, being the business point of contact for the clients

  • Managing the project budget together with the PM

  • Build and execute Account Business Goals, including revenue targets and product growth

Requirements:

✓ 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Account Management.

✓ Solid understanding of the IT industry, fundamental knowledge about technology stacks, development lifecycle, and related

✓ Track record of successful sales

✓ Knowledge of Account Management & Sales methodologies & frameworks

✓ Awareness of Agile delivery methodologies

✓ Experience in stakeholder management


Nice to Have:

✓ Experience in enterprise sales

✓ Network of contacts


Soft Requirements:

🗣 Advanced written and spoken English (min. C1)

🏠 Experience and preference of working remotely

Salary

  • B2B 10 000 - 15 000PLN + Sales Commission (sky is the limit!)
