We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience hiring for digital, product, and marketing roles who can build strong hiring processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience.


Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end to end recruitment process across multiple roles and teams. You will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and HR to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and bring top talent into the company.


You will manage multiple open positions at the same time, balancing speed and quality while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our culture and values.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding coordination.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, seniority levels, and hiring priorities.

  • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback across teams.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

  • Continuously improve hiring processes to increase efficiency and quality of hires.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with exposure to digital, SaaS, or marketing roles.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Data driven mindset with comfort using recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems.

  • High level of English proficiency.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow through.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, or recruitment process optimization.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

  • Experience working in fast growing startups or remote first teams.

  • Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
