Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities
- Being first point of contact for Weber Distribution Centers in terms of Master Data
- Process data from a variety of sources
- Executing tasks according to data governance rules and defined processes
- Performing and updating of EMEA Master Data system (within SAP S/4 HANA) – Product Master data maintenance
- UoM Validation and packaging standardization according to the standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency
- Assuring that the available data is up to date, accurate and accessible
- Regular monitoring and verifying master data quality and availability
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency
- Following up and optimizing of Master Data processes
- Processing ServiceNow and IPS tickets assigned to Master Data team
- Creating and updating Master Data documentation
- Participating in various projects and driving master data related tasks
Our requirements
- Proven experience in a master data role (min. 1 year)
- Great attention to detail and accuracy focus is a must
- Analytical mindset and logical problem solving skills
- Teamwork and collaborative focus
- Very good computer skills in usage of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, processing large tables)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system is a plus
- Experience with GS1 standards is a plus
- Experience with a ticketing system is a plus
- Good command of English both oral and written
