Cambium Technical Specialist

Position Overview

We seek a highly skilled Technical Specialist to serve as the primary technical resource for our distribution network. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical implementation, focusing on WISP and Enterprise networking deployments while providing comprehensive technical support to customers and internal teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create and validate Bills of Material (BoM) for customer deployments, ensuring accuracy and inclusion of all necessary components and services

• Lead technical pre-sales engagement with customers, providing expert consultation on deployment planning and authentication solutions

• Conduct technical demonstrations and product onboarding sessions

• Provide first-line pre-sales technical support

• Deliver Cambium product training sessions and certification programs in local language

• Organize and conduct technical webinars for knowledge sharing and product updates

• Promote and drive sales of value-added services including Cambium Care and cnMaestro X

• Support sales teams with technical expertise during the sales process

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)

• Strong understanding of WISP and Enterprise networking concepts

• General knowledge of networking

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to deliver training and presentations effectively

Technical Knowledge Requirements

• Enterprise networking and network security

• General knowledge of wireless network planning and deployment

• Remote troubleshooting skills

• Technical documentation and BoM creation
