German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager – Google Products (Hybrid | Barcelona)
Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year bonus

Workster is partnering with a leading outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for their Barcelona office.
In this role, you will work with high-potential businesses, guiding them through the onboarding and adoption of Google products. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns while identifying long-term growth and upselling opportunities. This position is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives in a tech-driven, performance-oriented environment.
Your Role
Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Design, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
Understand client objectives and present tailored advertising strategies
Drive upsell opportunities and increase overall campaign spend
Build data-driven, results-focused campaigns for short- and long-term performance
Manage a high volume of leads through daily phone outreach
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in the CRM system
Your Profile
BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience (Marketing / Communications is a plus)
German C2 and English C1 (Nordic languages are a strong advantage)
Minimum 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in a client-facing role
Strong ability to work independently and meet targets with limited supervision
Experience using CRM tools and managing customer data
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and outreach
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Ability to analyze competitors, market trends, and support strategic decisions
Understanding of the Nordic market, including business culture and stakeholder complexity
