Service Desk Analyst – Relocation to Budapest
Location: Budapest, Hungary (on-site)
Start Date: 26 January
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:00–19:00 (40h/week)
Workster is partnering with a global outsourcing/BPO organisation to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for their Budapest office. This role is ideal for someone with IT support experience who wants to develop a career in a modern international IT environment.
Relocation to Budapest is available — full onboarding support included.
Your Role
Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
Log, classify, and document incidents and service requests in ITSM systems
Provide first-line technical support and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
Coordinate with internal technical teams when required
Take ownership of user issues and follow up until full resolution
Maintain professional communication and customer service throughout
Work both independently and collaboratively within the team
Your Qualifications
Polish language fluency + English (minimum B2)
Minimum 6 months experience in Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1–L2)
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
SAP or other enterprise applications experience is a plus
IT certifications (ITIL, MCSE) are beneficial
The Offer:
Salary range:700,000 HUF to 900,000 HUF (approx. 1,890 – 2,160 EUR)
