Russian-speaking Business Development Consultant – Sportsbook

Workster is partnering with an established international provider of Sportsbook and trading technology solutions to recruit a Business Development Consultant – Sportsbook. The company delivers integrated, API-driven Sportsbook products supported by advanced trading systems and tailored partner support, enabling long-term profitability across multiple markets.
This is a fully remote, B2B (freelance) role, ideal for professionals with a strong industry network and hands-on experience in sportsbook business development.
Your Role
Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities within the sportsbook industry
Build and manage your own portfolio of qualified leads and commercial contacts
Conduct outbound outreach, pitch solutions, and lead negotiations with potential partners
Establish long-term relationships with operators, aggregators, and platform providers
Represent the sportsbook solution in meetings, at industry events, and during partner visits
Collaborate closely with internal product, trading, and technical teams to support deal closure
Track sales pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities
Support market expansion initiatives across Europe and international markets
Your Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in the sportsbook or iGaming industry
Strong existing network within sportsbook operators, platforms, or related B2B environments
Native or C2-level Russian with advanced English (C1)
Proven ability to independently generate leads and close B2B deals
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working fully remotely in a performance-driven environment
Willingness and availability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
Based in Europe (preferred)
