Your responsibilities:

  • Managing processes and bills in the company.
  • Leading a team – coordinating and guiding team members to achieve business objectives efficiently.
  • Accountability for team performance – monitoring and ensuring the team meets its targets and delivers high-quality results, providing regular 1-2-1 support to ensure high performance.
  • Conducting recruitment processes – handling hiring efforts to attract and onboard the right talent.
  • Employee management – supervising and supporting employees to foster a productive work environment.
  • Overseeing financial matters related to the account – ensuring financial stability and efficiency in all account-related operations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client-facing interactions, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of financial issues.
  • Collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
  • Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinating team operations, projects, and ad-hoc requests to meet business needs.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data to key stakeholders.
  • Supporting budgeting and planning processes within the team.
  • Ensuring that SLAs are met and driving operational excellence.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a team management role within finance operations or credit control.
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance management in a multinational BPO/SSC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and financial compliance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting expectations.
  • Nice to have: Relevant certifications in finance operations or credit control.
