Being an Analyst in our growing Insurance Operations team in Krakow, you will partner with our European clients and focus on delivering top-notch strategic operations and analytical support throughout the entire end-to-end insurance product lifecycle.
What you will be involved in:
- Maintaining/updating the client's database based on (documents and) information received.
- Analysis of insurance documents e.g. contracts, endorsements etc..
- Reports' preparation and circulations.
- Searching for solutions for evolving business requirements and needs.
- Participation in regional and global projects as a part of working group.
- Finding out, agreeing and improving the process and its updates.
- The tools and systems implementations including e.g. scenarios' creation & verification in the UAT.
- Contact with development teams, client's operations team & underwriting team.
- Taking care of knowledge transfer in the team.
Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions.
