📌 Your responsibilities
• Working across a fusion of sub‑functions including Invoicing, Collections, and Cash Application.
• Interpreting customer data, binders/slips, and analyzing policy terms and premiums.
• Ensuring timely collection of receivables and accurate cash recognition.
• Performing audits and quality checks on applied cash transactions, billing, and collections.
• Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial and operational reports.
• Supporting account and premium reconciliations.
• Imparting knowledge as a part‑time process trainer.
• Managing data ingestion activities, including maintaining file specifications and transformation rules to load policy, premium, and claims data into internal systems.
• Ensuring data quality by resolving ingestion and transformation errors, performing manual entries when required, and validating reconciliation metrics.
• Supporting data migration from legacy solutions to modern platforms through transformation, validation, and collaboration with project teams.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, address missing or inconsistent data, and identify standardization opportunities.
• Working on ad‑hoc projects, process improvements, and tool development initiatives.
• Ensuring clear, precise onshore communication for quick resolution of queries.
✅ Requirements
• Very good English skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, numeracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in finance or credit control.
• Advanced professional proficiency in SQL.
• Good Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Openness to new challenges and ability to question the status quo.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
• A positive attitude and sense of humor.
