Opis stanowiska

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven People & Culture Partner to lead our People function in Poland. This is a pivotal role for an HR professional with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise, who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will be leading the People Function in Poland, working closely with global teams across India, the US, and the UK to shape, drive, and execute the global People Function agenda, tailored to Polish needs. This role combines strategic business partnership with operational delivery and requires strong knowledge of Polish labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.


Strategic Leadership, Business Partnering & Culture Stewardship

  • Policy & Performance: Oversee policy management, performance frameworks, and retention strategies. Ensure alignment with Polish labor law and global standards.

  • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions through coaching, mentoring, data-driven insights, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

  • Talent Strategy: Drive talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, succession planning and capability development across business units

  • HR Tech Integration: Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems. Drive digital transformation and process reengineering.

 

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across business lines to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.

  • Change Management: Influence and drive change with strong communication and networking skills.

 

Poland Market Specifics:

  • Compliance & Law: Deep understanding of Polish labor law, HR practices and GDPR.

  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice in Poland.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee Polish payroll processes and benefits administration.

  • People Data & Reporting: Provide relevant HR metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions.



Key Capabilities and Competencies:

  • People leadership with ability to drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural development.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on HR activities independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.

  • Experience working with global teams and cross-border collaboration, especially with teams in India, US, and Europe.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement


Qualifications, requirements and experience:

  • At least 6 years of proven experience as HR professional, including experience in HR operations and HR business partnering.

  • Strong exposure to Polish labor law including immigration, HR compliance and GDPR.

  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and influence decisions through data-driven insights.

  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and experience implementing HRMS systems and driving digital HR transformation.

  • Sound expertise in hiring strategy, vendor management, referral programs, and audit compliance.

  • Exposure to leadership hiring.

  • Degree in HR or equivalent preferred.

  • Eligible to work in Poland.
