🟣 Your profile:

minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Solution Manager or in a similar position in a Software House, including:
- - building positive relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality services,
- - resolving clients' problems and driving optimal solutions,
- - gathering and analyzing clients' business needs,
- - translating client needs into actionable business solutions,
- - preparing offers and tender documentation (e.g., RFP, RFI) for clients interested in technological transformation, IT products, services or solutions,
- - collaborating with the team to create compelling offers,
- - presenting offers and negotiating terms with clients,
- - monitoring the market, trends and competition to improve the company's tender strategy,

experience as a Business Analyst,

knowledge of the software development process and methodology,

proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations and advising clients on IT solutions,

effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment,

excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients while fostering effective collaboration with internal teams,

creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, with the ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs,

a proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges and delivering results,

fluency in English, both spoken and written (C1 level),
