We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Strategist to lead the strategy and execution of 360-degree digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and multi-touch demand generation. You will work closely with service line marketers and sales teams to drive campaign success, manage paid media budgets, and optimize performance across various digital channels. This role reports directly to the VP of Performance Marketing.


You will be:

  • Developing and leading digital marketing strategies for service lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
  • overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns (search, social, display),
  • managing the paid media budget and ensuring campaign efficiency and ROI,
  • working closely with service line marketers (Cloud, Data & AI, etc.) to understand campaign requirements and content needs,
  • collaborating with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales efforts,
  • tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics like CPC, CPL, conversions, MQL ratio, SQL-to-deal ratio, and pipeline win ratio,
  • aligning closely with the CRM system POC (HubSpot) to provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team,
  • staying updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices,
  • adapting to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and methodologies.


Your profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media,
  • background in B2B Tech and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is highly desirable,
  • strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing,
  • basic working knowledge of WordPress is mandatory,
  • proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and analytics tools,
  • proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
  • upper-intermediate in English.

  • agency experience,
  • up-to-date certifications in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
