As part of the continued development of our channel sales, we are looking for a person who will take on the key role of Global Sales Team Lead and will be responsible for developing and scaling partner sales across the EMEA region.


Your responsibilities:

➡ Managing and developing the existing base of distributors and partners across EMEA markets;

➡ Identifying, acquiring and onboarding new distributors (VAD/VAR) in the EMEA region;

➡ Working closely with Country Managers and serving as the main point of contact between local markets and HQ;

➡ Building long-term business relationships with partners and actively supporting their sales development;

➡ Creating and executing sales and marketing strategies dedicated to partners, focused on driving growth;

➡ Monitoring the effectiveness of partner activities, analyzing performance (KPIs) and continuously optimizing results;

➡ Organizing and actively participating in industry conferences, events and partner meetings.


Our requirements (must have):

Minimum 5 years of experience within one organization in a role related to project-based sales (channel sales);

➡ Experience in a product company, SaaS/B2B tech or VAD environment;

➡ Very good command of English (minimum C1 level);

➡ Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts (operating systems, databases, virtualization, SaaS models);

➡ Knowledge of the VAD and VAR ecosystem across EMEA markets;

➡ Experience in managing a sales team;

➡ Highly developed communication and networking skills;

➡ Strategic thinking, independence and a strong sense of ownership;

➡ Ability to build relationships, strong storytelling skills and assertive, partner-oriented collaboration;

➡ Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic international environment;

Willingness to travel across the EMEA region, mainly DACH, UK, and CEE.


Nice to have:

➡ Knowledge of German.

Salary:

➡ UoP: 16 600 - 22 400 PLN gross

➡ B2B: 119 - 160 PLN/h net + VAT

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: onsite

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski
