We specialize in securing hardware and software environments, SaaS services and DevOps tools (as few in the world!). Join us as a Presales Engineer (with German) 😎

 

Your tasks:

➡ Communicating business value of new products, features and upcoming releases to key clients;

➡ Delivering product presentations to customers;

➡ Coordinating Proof of Concept (PoC) process implementations;

➡ Conducting technical training sessions for major customers and business partners;

➡ Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and inquiries;

➡ Building and coordinating long-term cooperation with enterprise segment customers and business partners;

➡ Close collaboration with sales representatives managing projects;

➡ Monitoring, analyzing and maintaining technical communication with clients, including Jira tickets, emails and product inquiries.

 

Our expectations (must have):

➡ 2 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry;

➡ Basic administrative knowledge of selected OS, databases, virtualization platforms;

➡ Strongly developed communication skills - an extroverted personality will do well here! 

➡ Fluent in German and English - you will work with major international clients 🌍

➡ Knowledge of IT products and solutions offered in the market; 

➡ Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers; 

➡ Willingness to do several 1-2 day business trips per month;

➡ Ease in public speaking and interviewing (webinars, speakers at events);

➡ As well as problem-solving, time management, organizational, negotiation, individual and teamwork, adaptation to change skills.

 

Nice to have:

➡ Fluency in Polish.

 

Tools you will use: Google Workspace, Zoho, Jira, Cognism.

Our Offer

Position: Presales Engineer

Form of Cooperation: UoP/B2B

Renumeration: 

➡ UoP: 8000 - 12 000 gross + bonuses
➡ B2B: 60 - 89 PLN/h net + VAT + bonuses

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: Hybrid (Kraków) + stationary onboarding

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski

Language: German and English
