Join us as our first Sales Development Representative for DACH 😎


Your tasks: 

➡ Generating sales leads, connecting them with a salesperson, setting up personal meetings or phone calls;

➡ Developing and implementing a scalable channel sales model, including identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners to drive indirect sales growth.

➡ Creating and developing a contact database;

➡ Building a sales funnel and segmenting customers;

➡ Contracting initial activities with contractors;

➡ Ongoing cooperation with the sales department in the context of setting priorities and plans;

➡ Working closely with account managers to optimize the sales process;

➡ Identifying new needs of potential customers; 

➡ Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing activities and optimize them.

➡ You will work closely with our Head of Sales (Alex), not only executing the tasks above but also actively shaping and refining our sales strategies. Your insights and initiatives will play a key role in driving Xopero’s global expansion, giving you the opportunity to make a substantial impact on our growth.


Our expectations (must have):

➡ 1-2 years of experience in sales/HR (IT industry);

➡ Knowledge of IT industry and new technologies;

Fluency in German and English language;

➡ Ability to manage time effectively, organize own work;

➡ Ability to prioritize and plan strategically;

➡ Goal-oriented, systematic and persistent;

➡ Finding yourself in a changing environment where you are able to understand customer needs and propose solutions.


Nice to have:

➡ Fluency in Polish.


Tools you will use: Google Workspace, Zoho, Jira.

Our Offer

Position: Sales Development Representative

Form of Cooperation: UoP/B2B

Renumeration: 

UoP: 5 500 - 11 000 PLN gross + bonuses

B2B: 38 - 80 PLN net/h + VAT + bonuses

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: Hybrid (Kraków) + stationary onboarding

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski

Language: German and English
